How this portal works
Do I need to register or create a profile?
No. Fill the form, submit, and you get a docket number immediately. Your mobile number is the only identifier we need.
Can I write in Malayalam?
Yes. The whole portal works in Malayalam and English, and you may write the grievance itself in either language. You may also photograph a handwritten application and upload it.
Should I send it to the Minister or to the CMD?
Send day-to-day matters — a bus that did not run, a refund, staff conduct, a depot problem — to the CMD, KSRTC. Send policy matters, or a grievance that KSRTC has already failed to settle, to the Hon'ble Minister for Transport.
How do I know what is happening on my file?
Use Track your docket. Every marking, forwarding and action taken is recorded against the docket with a date.
How long does it take?
Ordinary grievances are targeted for disposal within 30 days. Matters requiring inspection or an inquiry may take longer; the reason is recorded on the docket.
What if I am not satisfied with the reply?
File a fresh grievance quoting the previous docket number and stating why the reply is not satisfactory.
What should I not send here?
Requests for information under the Right to Information Act must be filed with the State Public Information Officer, not through this portal. Matters that are sub judice cannot be taken up.
