About this portal

The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation carries lakhs of passengers every day across the State. This portal exists so that any of them, and any of the Corporation's own employees, can place a grievance directly before the Hon'ble Minister for Transport or the Chairman & Managing Director without going through an office counter.

Grievances are registered against a docket number, marked to the section responsible, and tracked until disposal. Nothing is deleted: every movement on a file stays on the record and is visible to the person who filed it.
